Gifted and Talented

Gifted & Talented Reminders

  • GT work is project based and activities are part of thematic units
  • Each unit has an academic focus (language arts, math, science or social studies)
  • Critical thinking, problem solving and creativity are major components of every unit
  • Work will be sent home at the end of each unit
  • Classes meet twice a week and each class is 35 minutes
  • GT Progress Reports are sent home with second and fourth marking period report cards
